Where and how

Messages go to info@acmica.si. The subject stays exactly Dokumentacija acmica.si, even in English and even when you send several messages. That is how we find them together. Write your name in the field above the list. If you leave it empty, it is not in the email. Write your phone in the message. Attach the photo or scan before you send. Everything can go in one message, or each document on its own.

What the photo must show

• The whole page, edges in frame, text readable. Do not crop the name.
• Identity card and driving licence: both sides. Passport: the page with the photo.
• Account card: your name and IBAN visible. Cover the three-digit security code on the back. Do not type the card number into the message, and do not send your online-banking password.
• Payslips: the last three months, the whole slip.
• Employment contract: every page.
• Statements: the last three months, movements on your personal account, incoming payments visible.

Foreigners in Slovenia

The same documents as for an employee, plus residence and address. A job and income paid into an account in Slovenia are what counts. Approval is not automatic.

If you have a tax-number card, attach it to the message with the account card.

NLB Lease&Go states in public what a private individual needs in order to take out a car lease: a completed application, the supplier’s pro forma invoice, a copy of an identity document, a copy of the personal-account card, and copies of the last three payslips, pension notices or personal-account statements. GB Leasing adds a driving licence and the tax number. DBS Leasing requires a valid driving licence when the car is registered. We also ask for the employment contract and for the statements alongside the payslips, so the file does not have to be completed over the phone. The financier confirms the exact set for your case. We prepare the file. Approval is always the financier’s decision.
